Skool pricing page

Skool’s pricing page lists a 14-day free trial. Checked 1 November 2026 (GMT).

Skool’s pricing page lists two plans in US dollars. For a UK coach that means FX on the subscription, members paying in USD, transaction fees that grow with revenue, and a couple of cuts that are easy to miss. This page translates the official numbers into what you actually need to know before you trial it.

Every price below comes from Skool’s own pages, checked 1 November 2026 (GMT). We do not invent GBP list prices — your card’s exchange rate applies.

Where the real cost lives

Transaction fees beat the subscription once you have real revenue

Hobby looks cheap until volume hits. At roughly $900 / mo of member payments, the 10% Hobby fee starts to cost more than Pro’s subscription plus its lower rate. Most coaches with a working paid group should trial Pro, not Hobby.

Pro’s fee includes card processing. That is different from Circle, which lists a platform transaction fee of 2% on Professional (1% on Business/Scale) on top of your payment provider’s fees. Source: Circle pricing.

One subscription per community

Each Skool community is its own subscription. A free group plus a paid group is two bills. Circle can hold multiple spaces inside one subscription; HighLevel communities sit inside one account. If you run several programmes as separate groups, multiply the plan price.

Growth Boost is on by default

If Skool’s own discovery or ads bring you a paying member, Skool takes a 30% cut of that member’s recurring charges. Switch it off under Settings → Discovery if you do not want that.

Bottom line

Skool Pro is the plan that matches a working paid community. Hobby is for testing. Factor in USD billing, the Growth Boost toggle, and one subscription per community before you compare it to Circle or HighLevel on headline price alone.
