HighLevel pricing for UK coaches: Starter vs Unlimited vs Pro
Ad CourseSignal is run by Urban Huntsman Ltd, an independent HighLevel affiliate and also a HighLevel agency. We earn a commission if you sign up to HighLevel, Skool or Circle through our links (#Ad), at no extra cost to you.
HighLevel’s pricing page lists a 14-day free trial on every plan. Billing starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel, and usage charges (phone, SMS, email, some AI) can apply during the trial. Checked 1 November 2026 (GMT).
HighLevel’s pricing page is written for US agencies. UK coaches usually want a plainer answer: which plan do I need, what else will I pay for, and when is this more tool than I need? This page sticks to the official plan list and the UK realities that sit beside it.
Prices below are from gohighlevel.com/pricing, checked 1 November 2026 (GMT). They are in USD. We do not invent a GBP list price.
The three plans (official, USD)
| HighLevel plan | Monthly (USD) | Key difference |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $97 / mo | 3 sub-accounts, unlimited contacts and users |
| Unlimited | $297 / mo | Unlimited sub-accounts, basic API, rebill phone/email at cost |
| Pro | $497 / mo | SaaS mode, rebill with markup, advanced API |
Source: gohighlevel.com/pricing, checked 6 October 2026 (BST). The pricing page lists a 14-day free trial on each plan. Usage-based charges apply to phone, SMS, email sending and some AI features, on top of the subscription — budget for them. Prices are in USD; your card provider’s exchange rate applies.
Yearly HighLevel prices are omitted because the official pricing page currently contradicts itself: the $497 card is named Founder and the FAQ calls that plan Pro. The same monthly list is on HighLevel pricing.
Which plan for a UK coach?
- Starter ($97 / mo) — enough for most solo coaches and small practices. Courses, communities, CRM, calendars, funnels, email and SMS are on the plan. Cap: 3 sub-accounts. One brand and a couple of offers usually fits.
- Unlimited ($297 / mo) — when you need more than three sub-accounts, basic API access, or you are running many client/brand workspaces. Overkill for a single coaching practice.
- Pro ($497 / mo) — SaaS mode and advanced API. Built for agencies reselling HighLevel, not for a coach selling their own programmes.
Every plan lists a 14-day free trial. Billing starts when the trial ends unless you cancel. Usage charges for phone, SMS, email and some AI features can apply during the trial.
What the subscription does not cover
- Usage bills. Email, SMS, phone and some AI features are usage-based on top of the plan. Budget for them before you turn on high-volume SMS.
- USD billing. Your card’s FX rate (and any foreign-transaction fee) applies. There is no GBP list price on the pricing page.
- Payment processing. You connect Stripe, PayPal or another supported processor for checkouts. Their fees apply. HighLevel does not list a platform transaction fee on the pricing page.
- Dedicated email IP. Listed as a $59 / mo add-on per IP. Only worth it at higher sending volumes.
- Learning time. Expect real setup hours before the CRM, workflows and course are live. If you hate learning new software, pick a smaller tool.
Starter vs a typical separate stack
If you currently pay for a course host, an email tool, a scheduler, landing pages and a CRM, add those invoices up. Then compare to HighLevel Starter plus a realistic usage estimate. Our UK cost worksheet walks through that sum. If you only sell one evergreen course with no CRM or follow-up, HighLevel is usually more than you need — start with a dedicated course platform instead.

Bottom line
Most UK coaches who need HighLevel at all should start on Starter, run one real offer through the 14-day trial, and watch the usage bill. Jump to Unlimited only when the three sub-account limit or API needs force it. Skip HighLevel entirely if you only need to host one course.
Try HighLevel with one real offer
Rebuild one funnel, one calendar and one welcome sequence during the trial. Cancel before day 14 if it is more tool than you need.
