By using coursesignal.io (the “Site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Urban Huntsman Ltd (“we”, “us”). What the Site provides
CourseSignal publishes informational guides and comparisons about software tools for course creators, coaches, and marketers. Content is general information, not legal, tax, financial, or professional advice. Features and prices of third-party tools change — always confirm on the vendor’s official site before you buy.
Affiliate links (#Ad)
Some pages contain advertising / affiliate links, marked with #Ad or similar disclosures. If you purchase through those links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We are not employed by those vendors unless we say so.
Regarding HighLevel: we are an independent HighLevel affiliate. Urban Huntsman Ltd also provides HighLevel agency services to clients. We do not speak for HighLevel.
Digital products (Email Deliverability Checklist)
The seller of the checklist content is Urban Huntsman Ltd (company no. 16540486, registered office above). Paid checklist sales are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Lemon’s checkout terms, tax handling, and delivery mechanism apply to the purchase contract for that product.
- Delivery: digital PDF download via Lemon Squeezy after successful payment.
- Licence: Solo tier — personal / single-user use. Team / Agency tier — internal use within your organisation. No redistribution or resale of the PDF.
- Refunds: digital goods are generally non-refundable once downloaded, except where Lemon Squeezy’s buyer protection, our store settings, or UK consumer law require otherwise (for example if the file is defective or not as described). If you have a problem, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order email and we will review it fairly.
While Lemon’s store remains in test / review mode, live paid checkout may be unavailable. Do not rely on a purchase completing until the store is live.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Site (for example attempting to break security, scrape in a way that harms the service, or use content to mislead others). You must not present yourself as HighLevel or as us when you are not.
Intellectual property
Site content is owned by Urban Huntsman Ltd or used under licence. You may link to our pages. You may not copy substantial parts for commercial republication without permission.
Third-party sites
Links to vendors (HighLevel, Thinkific, GlockApps, Lemon Squeezy, and others) are provided for convenience. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you leave our Site. We are not responsible for their products or downtime.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we disclaim warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee inbox placement, course sales, or any business result from following our guides or buying tools we mention.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, our total liability arising from use of the Site or our digital products is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the relevant product in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) £50.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply if you are a consumer elsewhere.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
